I bought a used Kia from them beautiful car but the first week I had it had to put it in the shop for Valve pan gaskets leaking they fixed it was a Thursday night we picked up the car by Friday morning to our horror smoke was bellowing out of the hood called the service center back they said they spilled a lot of oil on the exhaust drive it around it should clear up ok this was Memorial day weekend they were not opened Monday after driving it for the three days embarrassed because it looked like our car was going to burst into flames by Tuesday it looked like it was going to clear up well then jump in the car on Wednesday and guess what the oil light came on no oil in the car I called them the tow truck driver said the oil was all under the car it leaked out somehow i will never buy another car or truck from them ever i have heard other people say the same thing but i guess there not brave enough to post it
Extremely helpful and overly nice UNTIL the deal was done. Make sure you cover ALL bases before you agree to anything, i.e. are there two keys, do they physically do the inspection for you after you pay for that service, be prepared to hear over and over that the internet price is the lowest that they can go - it is a ploy to get you in there without further negotiation, and prepare to be bombarded with emails stating "I'm here for you," "Whatever I can do to make this deal..." and robotic emails about how "great it was to serve you and don't hesitate to ask for"...because it will be a waste of time, - what a crock!
