Very highly recommended shop. Just got my 2012 F150 back in good shape. It was a good outcome overall. No one likes getting into a car accident.
My 2015 Audi was hit by a deer a few weeks ago. My insurance company, State Farm, suggested several body shops. After using their selective service before and selling me on their guarantee of the work and having such a bad experience with that shop, I chose to take my car to a shop in Fruitland, Campbell's Collision. Although my car had over $20,000 worth of damage, the end result of the repair and the service was impeccable . I took my Audi back to the dealership and I asked them to take a look at it and they said the car looks great! Then I told them I hit a deer with it and I had over $20,000 worth of damage. The general manager couldn't believe it and asked where I got it repaired and I told him Campbell's Collision. Thank you Heather for all your help and everybody at Campbell's collision.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I'm not entirely sure where the staff received their training, but I'm sure a brain dead chihuahua could do better work. The wait on my job was ridiculous at two weeks for a dent and paint on one quarter panel. Communication was non-existent as my calls continuously went to voicemail. The quality of work was shoddy as it looked like my panned had been hurriedly reattached, improperly. If you value your vehicle, you'd be better off coloring it in yourself with a crayon. That's what you can expect here.
It was the worst mistake taking my car there. I took car there a few months ago after an accident. And they held my car there for over a week. They did a very bad paint job. And I just found out now by another mechanic that there's a dent under my car that has been rusting since then. So they also did a bad job trying to fix that. Do not take your car there! It is a rip off!
Campbells collision is a great shop to work with. They are friendly and make sure the job is done correctly, and what other body shop do you know that fully details your vehicle inside and out before you leave... none of them do that! Call them for any of your vehicle needs!
